This service is intended for warehouse clients to speed up their data and documents exchange with the warehouse. Clients are able to track their shipments/containers for import process (air and ocean), export process, local cartage, to send delivery or pick-up instructions, steamship release their own cargo. They also have an option to guarantee any charges, and/or arrange delivery. Only authorized clients are able to use this enhanced features and only in the case their request is valid due to defined limits and other conditions. Having that in mind, clints can access to application in the following ways:
  • without logging in, with only one option available: to trace import shipments
  • logging with company ID, username and password, where they are able to use features listed above
There are a few reports that clients are able to print by theirselves without interaction with bonded warehouse operator like import offloading daily report, on hand reports for import and export, cartage report, different kinds of PODs, etc.
 
All pages have uniform design and are adjustable to design per customer needs - bonded warehouse company. Application is developed using Java and Struts framework, so it is easy to extend it. All reports use PDF format and could be saved, sent by email, printed, etc.
