Finding the right way to develop software, applying modern technologies, keeping our customers satisfied all the time, on time deliveries and accomplishment of a project within its budget, has become a complex process nowdays. Therefore, it is invaluable to have prescribed standards and procedures, approved and accepted by all participants in development process, to avoid unnecessary waste of time and efforts.
We have established our own process for application development, using our experience and recommendations from relevant organizations, using design patterns for software modeling and integrating the philosophy behind the eXtreme programming methodology. eXtreme Programming methodology is for us rather a set of “common sense solutions” than strict methodology. There is no perfect solution; this is why we perform continuous validation and improvement of our development process through permanent benchmark analysis and embed our knowledge and experience in it.
